Steps 
Go to the link above
Download the app from apk pure website
Download zarchiver ( link is below )
Open zarchiver and go to the file where it is downloaded ( for ex if you download it from chrome it will be in download folder)
Click on the file and extract it
After extraction there will be two main files 
Install the apk but don't open it 
Then in the file there will be a android folder in downloads 
Open it and there will be a folder named as ( com.tencent.iglite )
Cut it and go back and paste it in android/obb folder
Your game is ready but don't open it 
First download solo VPN ( link is below)
Open it and select Brazil or Philippines server 
Done your game is ready to play
